English Language Week 2014: Monday

Our English Week is from 17- 21 March, 2014 in our school.
We will do a lot of activities with our teachers and some native speakers.
Here are a lot of pictures of our activities:

Tomorrow there will be more pictures on the blog. :)

The teacher is showing the students on the map where the big cities in England are.

When we went to Mrs. Robl's group she was pointing on the map
and told the children about England and America.

Today Lisa interviewed Mrs Elsigan‘s husband.

Lisa: Whats your first name? :)

Lisa doing an interview with Kip

Kip: My first name is Kip. :D

Lisa: Where are you from? :3

Kip: I´m from the United States, but I lived in 6 different countries. o:

Lisa: What do you miss most about America?

Kip: Family of course and some cultures.

Lisa: Would you rather live in Austria or America?

Kip: Both, because every country has its beautiful things. c:

Lisa: Can you speak German?

Kip: Yes, I can. :P

Mrs. Robl was speaking about the United Kingdom. She had a map with her.
She likes geography very much. And she told the students very interesting stories.

Mrs Hagen played a game with the boys.
They had to find out the thing what a student was showing.
It looked really funny.

At the moment we are writing articles for our English blog. We are taking  photos and we are interviewing teachers. It is very interesting for us how a blog works. And we have really alot of fun doing this.

Steffi interviewed Mrs. Kerschbaum about our English Language Week

Steffi: Is it better to have a language week at home or is it better to go to England? What do you think?
Mrs. Kerschbaum: I think it´s better at our school because it´s cheaper and not so dangerous!
Steffi: Do you like our English week?
Mrs. Kerschbaum: I love it!
Steffi: What do you not  like about the English week?
Mrs. Kerschbaum: I like everything!
Steffi: Do you think the English week is organised well?
Mrs. Kerschbaum: Yes, I think so!
Dominik: Do you think it´s better with English speakers or with English teachers?
Mrs Kerschbaum:  I know native speakers are good because the students have to speak English!
